So guys i need a new gpu for FX 8320 and i was wondering to buy a gtx 960 so big question is will i expirience any bottleneck??

Assuming your interest is gaming, asking whether a GPU will bottleneck a CPU is the wrong question. Ideally your GPU should be the limiting factor in your system. Modern CPUs are so powerful in terms of what is required for gaming that if you try to balance CPU with GPU, all you will end up with is an underpowered GPU.

A better question to ask is: will GPU X allow me to play the games I want, at the settings/resolution I want, at a framerate that is acceptable?

A 960 will be able to run most modern games at 1080p on medium to high settings if you are aiming for framerates in the range of 40-60.

max resolution for my monitor is 1600x900 so how would gtx 960 will preform with fx 8320 on modern games? And is there some AMD card that would preforme better in same price range?

At 1600x900 the 960 should be able to push 60 fps at high to max settings with most modern games. Your CPU should be just fine as well.

As for other GPUs in the same price/performance bracket, the R9 380 performs similarly to the 960 - edging it out by 5-10% - and can be found for around $200-$215 usually.

So i would get better preformance with r9 380?
