Will GTX 960 ITX fit?

Well the motherboard seems to have a 16x pci-e slot and that card fits into a 16x pci-e slot, so I'd say yes it will fit into the board.

It will fit. The board has a PCI express 2.0 slot whereas the GTX 960 can go in a PCI express 3.0 slot. However, PCI is backwards compatible so the GTX 960 will work. In a single card configuration you shouldn't really notice any potential drop in performance:
