Will GTX 970 2 Way SLI bottleneck?

Will GTX 970 2 Way SLI bottleneck an FX 8350 at stock speeds? at 1080p? I plan to upgrade when 4k monitors become more wide spread

20nm GPUs will be 'mainstream' before 4K monitors ...

An FX-83xx processor will not be a 'bottleneck' at 4K ...

If OC'd it will be fine. However I don't think 4k is really going to come down much until it becomes mainstream and to be mainstream it needs to be playable at decent rates on a single GPU. My guess is we will need to wait until at least another generation or two of gpu's as we are so far off a single gpu really being up to the job.

The other thing holding up the price of 4k is what will be the next high end item when 4k is mainstream? Without another high ticket item the manufactures have no reason to drop the price.

My Cosair H100I blew on me I had a stable overclock of 4.9Ghz with great temps the cooler almost costed my CPU playing BF4 and checked my temps BAMn 79C

In you want greater pixel density, 1440p monitors are right now much more reasonable in price than 4K monitors will likely become in quite some time.
