Will gtx 970 fit in my motherboard?? My motherboard is dh61ww, considering I use all the four sata slots.

Firstly, the Gtx 970 needs a PCI-E slot to connect to the motherboard. Your motherboard has one of these. (labeled 20 here: http://www.intel.co.uk/content/www/uk/en/desktops/desktop-board-dh61ww-interactive-layout-demo-video.html)

However, I would suggest upgrading your motherboard first before getting such a high end GPU in comparrison.
