I have Sapphire r7 250 vapor x GPU (low end) and I have a problem weather Intel HD 2500 will reduce my GPU's performance as RAMs (Usually 1333 & 1600 RAMs work in 1300 in same PC)
because HD 2500 has low clock speed than r7 250 vapor x

Solution
Nope, both card will run independent of each other. The will NOT work together to improve frames. Cpu doesn't affect ram speed of gpu since the gpu will handle those calculations. The clock speeds don't have anything to do with each other since only one will be running the application, not both.

The integrated graphics should not interfere with your dedicated GPU. I always choose to disable the integrated graphics though.

Go to device manager, display adapters, right click your intel HD 2500, disable.
