Will HD 7730 work on old motherboard?

Hello I have very old motherboard Asus M2V-MX.That motherboard have pci express x16 1.0 or 1.1 Im not sure.My question is will HD 7730(pci x16 3.0) work with that motherboard or not?

Pcie is backwards compatible so it should work on your motherboard.

Thanks for answer but im really dont sure,many people said that AMD pci 3.0 cards will not work on 1.x slots.So yeah idk what to do..Anyone tried this?
