Will Hyper 212 and extras fit in the Corsair C70?

I'm planning on switching cases and buying a Corsair Vengeance C70. I know a Hyper 212 Evo will fit natively buy I'm also gonna be installing two 140mm fans on the side window to maximise cooling for the GPU. Any clearance issues that may arise?
