Will Hyper 212 evo fit on a micro atx Mother board

Hi, I'm thinking about buying a micro atx motherboard to stay in my budget, but I'm also prepared to get a after market cpu cooler.
Will a Hyper 212 evo fit on a micro atx?

Also is there any major disadvantage of a micro atx compared to a atx board apart from the less PCIE/PCI slots?
