Will I able to Run Witcher 3 on Middle Setting 60fps

Graphics card and RAM should be good; however, a Pentium will probably not be able to handle 60 fps, even on low settings (although I have heard some crazy stories about overclocking the Pentium to 8.0ghz, but I wouldn't recommend that). If you don't want to spend too much money, I recommend getting a middle class overclockable i5, like this one: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115072

Yeah I'm with jman005, not sure at all about that Pentium.

But, according to GamersNexus, with a fast i7-4790k and a GTX 950, you should average about 48fps on medium @ 1080p.
