I was wondering if I'd be able to game smoothly on an

I have 2 msi twin frozr III GTX 570's in SLI. I am concerned that my graphics cards won't be able to handle gaming on that size screen. Thanks for your help!

I think it depends on the detail level you plan to use. Because your cards have only 1280MB of memory. So, this amount of memory will be the main limiting factor.

I'm using 1920 x 1080.

If can you run BF3 on ultra @ that resolution, then you should be able to switch to the bigger monitor. You might need to decrease the detail level slightly during some of the more demanding areas in the game but that's a compromise you should be fine with. Just bear in mind that the monitor you're buying isn't QHD capable as the max resolution is 2560x1080 and not 1440. In more demanding games like Crysis 3 or Metro: Last light, You'll need to decrease the detail level to be able to increase the resolution.
