No. You need a Z chipset to overclock the CPU.

You can still use the k cpu in that motherboard, it'll run at its elevated stock speeds just fine. You just can't use it as an unlocked cpu because the bios on a H110 mobo is locked. You need an unlocked k cpu and an unlocked Z bios to OC.
