Will I be able to play bo2?

I currently have a amd athlon x2 220 and onboard graphics. 🙁 I thinking about upgrading to a gtx 750 ti. I know my motherboard is capable and power supply is more than enough but I'm wondering if I will be able to play bo2 on 60fps. Pls help
