Will I be Able to play Gta 4

Will i be able to play gta 4 with the following specs:
Intel Xeon Dual Quad Core 2.83GHZ ,2.83GHZ.(24 mb cache)
4gb DDR2 RAM
Nvidia quadro fx 1700 512mb card
22inch lcd monitor.
850 watt PSU

It probably won't run well. Your graphics card is a workstation GPU, so it's not well optimized for games. The VRAM amount is also low, 512MB isn't a lot, GTA IV likes lots of VRAM. You might be able to get playable framerates at the lowest possible settings.
