Will i be able to play GTA V on my AMD athlon II X2 270 3.4 GHz?

My Specs are :-
AMD Athlon II X2 270 3.4 GHZ
Zebronics 450W PSU
GPU - GTX 750 Ti 2Gb DDR5
RAM - 6 GB

It doesn't matter if i have to play GTA V on medium setting's too, but there should not be any sluttering or lagg.

will i be able to run GTA 5 with playable FPS of 30 atleast with my Processor?

minimum recommended is a quad core, so settings aren't really going to affect that too much, GPU is fine, just lacking in CPU power.

Should be fine, I use to play with simular specs, You may need to put your settings to low/med though.
