Will i be able to play PUBG at 60-70+ fps on the LOW preset? ty

Yep you should be fine. Can't guarantee those FPS though since from what I've heard the game is very unoptimized.

At 1080P or less you should be ok as I've heard they've done a couple of updates and there was a recent Nvidia driver for PUBG and I haven't seen any recent posts about poor FPS on higher end systems for PUBG.
