Assassins Creed Unity, Watch Dogs, Assassins Creed Rogue, and the Battlefields you might struggle with. They are either poorly optimized, or CPU heavy and geared towards Intel CPU's. I wouldn't expect great results on your graphics card, you should upgrade if you're trying to play the newest games, but they will definitely run.
