If it is the 2 GB card, then yes. I have HD 7850 1 GB and I play bf4 on high. I would get more team though. Find a matching 4gb sick so it can run faster in dual channel.

7870 is 2gb

find a matching 4gb stick....wont help you get tangible benefits in all games, but in a few for sure.

I can tell you you'll play AC4 on max, BF4 on high.
Also monitor RAM usage while playing and if you can, buy another 4GB stick.
