Will i be able to run 2015 games with this PC?

Hey guys good night.
Recently i bought a PC and while it is shipping here im curious about some things. Will it run most 2015 games,including popular older ones like Rust,CS GO,etc without lag at least on low settings?
Here is the build -
Processor-INTEL I3-4170 3.7 GHZ DUAL CORE 3MB
Motherboard-H81M LGA 1150
Ram: 8GB (2X4) 1600 MHZ
Video card-NVIDIA GTX 950 ACX SC 2GB GDDR5 PCI-EXP
Maybe could it even run GTA 5?

yes, you may get some framedrops because the 2C/4T but aslong as the game requires an older quadcore (core 2 quad era) you should be fine, as for GTAV no problem just dont expect 60FPS and ultra settings, a G3258 and a 270X can run all high and 30FPS 1080P no problem so you should expect the same
