Will I be able to run Assassin's Creed 3 with this build?

Will I be able to run AC 3 with this set-up?

MOBO: BIOSTAR A780L

Processor : Phenom II x4 655

Memory: 2048MB RAM

Graphics Card: ATI Radeon 6750 1GB

PSU: ANTEC NEO ECO 520w - http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product3.php?id=MjI0NQwww.huntkeydiy.com/en/product/p-4-3.html

I had an unclocked Athlon II x2 4400e 2.7GHz now and I plan to replace it along with the generic PSU I currently have with the specs above. I plan on changing the PSU with a branded one.

When I got off the boat on AC3, the game has a massive lag on the city. I thought that the processor was in the way. But I was given a recommendation that I should change my PSU, too. Generic PSUs are not good and less efficient they said .

A lot of people experience lag after getting off of the boat in AC3. I don't necessarily think its your rig. I do think that AC3 needs a major patch to fix performance issues.
