Will i be able to run GTA V and Battlefield 4 on GTX 750 Ti 2Gb DDR5?

My Rig Specs : 6 Gb RAM
Gtx 750 Ti 2 GB DDR5
AMD ATHLON || X2 270 3.4 GHz
Zebronics 450W PSU

I just want ot know if my processor(X2 270) will be able to play GTA V with the above Specification.

On low settings probably. No more than that.

The first thing you need to do though is get rid of that Zebronics PSU and get one that's reliable. Zebronics makes nothing but crap.
