You could put a higher mid level graphics card in it like the AMD R9 280/280X or Nvidia GTX 960/GTX 770 with a power supply upgrade and have a decent little gaming box out of it.

However:

New games coming out right now are pushing the limits of existing tech. If you don't have high end you don't get to play the newest games, at least not on higher settings. Some games like AC Unity basically need my listed system to be playable at 1920 x 1080. That is partially a badly optimized game ( something GTA is famous for ) and partially that game makers are really pushing limits.

So what I am trying to say is you can play games with the box you have and a graphics/power supply upgrade. Most games and on higher settings. But don't expect the...
No, nor can you run any demanding game with a GT 610. It's a general display card not meant for gaming.

Oh well how much for a new graphics card? You know one that could?

I'm not sure why you selected an incorrect guess as a best answer but whatever :??: I mean technically you probably could play it on a GT 610 on low...at 4 or 5 frames per second.

If GTA V is as badly optimized as GTA IV was then you are going to need an enthusiast level card and those cards will be bottlenecked by your CPU. What is your max budget? Any graphics card upgrade is going to need a power supply upgrade as well unless you have a good one you just didn't post.

Im sorry his was the first one i heard and to your question is, how much would it take for 30-40 fps i mean i cant exactly go above $400

For $400 get a GTX 970 for ~$330 and spend the rest on a decent power supply. The card will be bottlenecked by your CPU pretty badly though.

Honestly since the game has not been released or benchmarked yet you might want to wait and see. Anyone pretending to know the game's system requirements is wrong as they haven't been released yet as of yesterday.

It's possible the game may need a better CPU than what you have as well. Or at least need a major overclock from what you have to be playable. In that case the graphics card upgrade would be a waste of money.

Damn well i should have just gotten one of the NExt-Gen Consoles would have beaten buying a desktop that isnt worth shit i even have lier right here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/ibuypower-desktop-amd-fx-series-8gb-memory-500gb-hard-drive-black-blue/6980021.p?id=1218818471270&skuid=6980021&sellerId=

For around that price level you could have built one yourself that would actually play games. I don't know how they get away with calling something like that a 'gaming' computer except that Angry Birds and Solitaire are games.

I know it's rediculious their not even slightly balanced, I saw one with a 750 (non ti) and a i7 4790, do they not know anything about bottleneck.

Wait and see what the required specs are for GTA V and then decide if it's worth it to you.
