Will I be able to run minecraft on my laptop?

I have a sony vaio VPC-EB1J1E/WI laptop.

Intel Core i3-330M
2.13 GHz
4GB DDR3 (1066 MHz)
320 GB (5400 rpm)

Well I have a school laptop with

Intel i3
4gb ram
220 harddrive
And the normal on board graphics card

This can run skyrim on low setting with a little bit of lag and I have play minecraft and with all settings on low and rendering distance on short.. it plays with next to no lag

Im going to take a shot and say yes since you have an i3 and 4gb ram, all you have to do is allocate that ram into minecraft and it should run good
