Will I be able to run Thief 3 at 30fps?

Here are my pc specs
AMD A8 5500 3.2 ghz
6 gb ram
AMD Radeon R7 250 2gb
Plenty of hard drive space
Windows 8.1

I don't care about 1080p/60fps. I just want to know if I can run this game at 1600x900 with most settings on medium at 30fps. I know it's impossible to tell without actually trying but I want to do some research before I buy the game.

Well, yeah, Thief 4, not the 1998 version. It's confusing when they come up with reboots and name them the same as the original.
