Will I be able to run two monitors?

I have a gtx 1060 3gb and I wanted to run two monitors that was around 24 inchs will I be able to run them and have enough vram for games such as pubg and gta 5

Are you trying to run two games at once is that want your asking or you trying to run one game at basically 3840x 2160 (two monitors side by side) either way the answer will be no. However you should be able to play one game on one monitor though you would want good CPU and system memory if you plan on having chrome/ie/etc running in the background.

I want to play a game on one monitor and stream chat on the other side and maybe chrome at like 1080p and I have a Ryzen 1700 and 16gb of ram

I run dual monitors on a gtx660ti. You can even run dual monitors from most igpu. That's not an issue. Video takes up almost nothing compared to graphics from a game. You'll be good at dual 1080p.

Don't see an issue. I run two 1080p monitors on a GTX 750ti. While I don't stream I do occasionally game on one monitor and have Youtube or something else on the other.
