Will I benefit in any way from the MSI H81M-E34 over the MSI H81M-P33?

I am building a PC with a g3258, a 750ti and 8 gigs of ram, and couldn't decide on the two motherboards.

The E34 has an HDMI port and 2 additional USB 3.0 ports on the I/O ports. There is also an addition PCIe x1 slot. The boards are very similar otherwise. If you are going to use the integrated graphics, then the HDMI port is worthwhile.
