will i encounter issues with this rx 480

The RX series Polaris architecture has tackled the issues that previous AMD architectures had with Overheating and huge power consumption. With a TDP of 150w it has half of the power consumption of the R9 390x and a lot lower temperatures, with some of the partner cards (MSI, XFX etc.) only hitting around 65C under load.

Yes the Sapphire RX480 is a good card. it will idle at around 50C but that is because of its fan curve being set to only spin the fans up when it is under load.
