will i encounter issues with this rx 480

Solution
The RX series Polaris architecture has tackled the issues that previous AMD architectures had with Overheating and huge power consumption. With a TDP of 150w it has half of the power consumption of the R9 390x and a lot lower temperatures, with some of the partner cards (MSI, XFX etc.) only hitting around 65C under load.

is this one good https://www.amazon.com/Dual-Fan-Radeon-Gaming-Graphics-DUAL-RX480-O4G/dp/B01KWGSEJU/ref=sr_1_2?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1479471750&sr=1-2&keywords=rx+480

Yes ASUS cards are renowned for being solid partner GPU's. Also take a look at this: https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GAMING-RX-480-4G/dp/B01KIZUF7Y/ref=pd_cp_147_1?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B01KIZUF7Y&pd_rd_r=GRA8BVXP5FP52GA7FWRM&pd_rd_w=VSBrr&pd_rd_wg=ooDwp&psc=1&refRID=GRA8BVXP5FP52GA7FWRM
It's cheaper and has the best cooler. I'd say choose between the ASUS one you mentioned above, the MSI Gaming 4G and the XFX versions of the cards. They are renowned for having solid coolers and being great performers :)
