According to
http://www.game-debate.com
It says that I'll have a bottleneck problem if I get an RX480 with 8gb or a GTX 1060.
But a RX470 4gb will be fine?
Do I need to upgrade my RAM to 16gb?
Am I worrying for nothing? I really only play 1080. 60hz
My computer is only 6 months old. I currently have 8gb (2 x 4gb) 2400mhz. I have an i5 6600 3200
Core-i5-6600K 3.2Ghz

I'm looking at the system requirements for the new Battlefield 1.

Solution
Whichever you can afford from the last two :)
Single fan is not bad, especially for a low TDP card like teh 1060. It's just that two fan is better/quieter. Worth the 12 extra. You bet!
No you won't. 8gb is still fine for most games, and it has nothing to do with how much VRAM a graphics card can or can't use. Any bottleneck would be due to your CPU, and if your computer is only 6 months old, I'm going to guess it's ok. BTW, what CPU do you have?
Update, forget my last, as I see you have updated your info. Your CPU is more than capable for running any of those cards.

An RX 480 or GTX 1060 will be absolutely fine with any i5 CPU. The 4GB version of the RX 480 is great value for money and all you need at 1080p.

A RAM upgrade is only worthwhile if you need it. Some games can use more than 8GB and some don't, so check RAM usage whilst in-game to see if an upgrade is worthwhile.

You will get "bottlenecks" regardless of what you buy even if that's a Titan XP and an i7-6950X. The real name of the bottleneck game is to push the bottleneck to the point where it meets or exceeds your performance requirements.

You won't get a "bottleneck problem" for going with a GPU more powerful than what games recommend unless the game is exceptionally poorly coded.

I would recommend going with 16GB system RAM up-front. RAM is cheap and going with 16GB instead of 8GB which is becoming the recommended minimum for many newer games is some of the cheapest future-proofing you can buy.

Ah, ok. That PSu is not that good, but i guess you'll be fine with a 1060. Low draw system.

Yeah a few people don't like that PSU but i'll have to update it later.. But that's why I wasn't sure about the 4 or 8gb RX 480... I think that the 1060 may be a bit of overkill on price??

you can literally buy ANY gpu you wanted as long as your power supply is good enough to power it, and your case is big enough to fit the card

for gaming you dont need 16gb of ram, but its nice for things like adobe and such

dont pay more for ram over 2133, if you can get faster ram for the same price go ahead dont seek to pay more for virtually no gain

IMO 2400 is the really sweet spot price/performance wise

for future reference game debate is garbage

Both the 8gb 480 and gtx 1060 6gb are very good bang for buck. Get whicever one you can afford. I would not get the 4 gb 480, though.

In most games, you need to push the RX-480 to unplayable or marginally playable details before seeing a significant performance difference between 4GB and 8GB, so I wouldn't bother with the 8GB models unless they were priced practically the same as the 4GB ones.

"Maximum graphics card size: up to 310 mm (12.2")"

whatever you want short of a gtx 1080 amp extreme

XD

on that case get a dual fan setup
