Will i get the maximum perfomance out of my GT 1030?

I am planning on buying a Nvidia gt 1030 Overclocked/Low profile

Which gpu will fit my casing? And which gpu is better?
Cuz as i heard the low profile has a bit less perfomance
I need to know whether can i get the maximum perfomance out of it?

Intel G3240 processor
Ripjaws 4gb ram ddr3
Asus H81m-p motherboard
400w psu
1tb HDD

Both GPUs will fit your case. With a 30W tdp the GT 1030 should work without issues in your system.
The low profile card has a lesser cooling solution, OC version being cooler it clocks higher.... that's why it performs better.
Can you also post the make & model of the power supply?

It's a crappy PSU, but considering your system total power consumption it will be fine with the GT 1030.
