Will I have a bottleneck with this setup?

My current setup is a i3 3220 3.3Ghz and a GTX 750ti. I plan on getting either a 1050 ti or a 1060. With those GPUs, will there be a big bottleneck? And if so, will it be more worth it to upgrade my CPU?

1050 ti and higher yes you need to upgrade the cpu

Regardless of bottlenecking that cpu is well below the minimum recommended for many modern AAA games so performance will be poor with any gpu.
