So I'm looking to make some changes to my rig and have some things already on the way, the question is, will I need a bigger power supply? Everything is listed below of what I have and what I want to add.

Current power supply: Corsair cx600m

What I want to power:
GTX 1080 Duke 8gb
i7-6700k cpu
GIGABYTE GA-Z170X-UD3 Mobo
120gb Corsair SSD
2 HDD drives 1TB
MasterLiquid Lite ML240L
MasterCooler H500p case
EVGA-3000 16gb DDR4 ram

Solution
Yes, if the CX PSU is one of the newer models.
OC'ing both the CPU and GPU may get you close to the 80% max efficiency rating, however.

Yeah I don't plan on overclocking the GPU, but I would like to overclock the CPU to 4.5-4.6ghz
Would that be manageable or am I asking for the PSU to fail?

I personally wouldn't have any problem doing that. But you may take the PSU beyond its efficiency range of 80% occasionally. Not necessarily all that bad. Is your Corsair CX 600m the older (green label) or the newer black label model?
