Will I have enough Watts from PSU for new GTX 1060 6GB?

I use:
i3-4170
GTX 750ti
DDR3 8GB RAM
USB Keyboard
USB Mouse
USB WLAN
1x HHD 500GB
1x CPU Small Cooler
1x GPU Small Cooler
1x PSU Small Cooler
1x Case Small Cooler

I use TV as a Monitor so it doesn't draw power from PC.

I am planning to buy GTX 1060 6GB, will my PSU Magnum Pro 375X (maximum 750W, real 375W) be enough for GPU upgrade?

I wouldn't trust any $300 GPU with a PSU such as this one. It's not even a real 375 either; it only has 300W on the +12V rail. Now if this were a rock-solid PSU, 300W is more than enough, but my garbage sense is tingling very strongly here.

Yeah go find yourself any cheap psu from any name brand psu maker and you should be fine. Corsair, EVGA, CoolerMaster, Thermaltake, Rosewill, Seasonic. They are all great brands and all make cheaper PSUs that will be more then enough to power your PC. I would go with something 500W or higher. That will give you plenty of overhead for nearly any amount of overlocking or any extra hardware you want to put in your PC.

You must of got the wrong link, because the M12ii is anything but “high quality”. Rather sub-par - low end group regulated 8 year old platform, missing important protections, overpriced.

You can find much better power supplies for the same price, like the Corsair CX / CXM (grey label)

That is horrible advise, because all those brands make some crap power supplies. Never cheap on a PSU, it’s the most important part of the system.

OP, your current power supply is really a 300w unit (12V * 25 amps) at best. If that was rated at 30°C then the max would be even lower. And it lacks protections such as OPP which is very important. Meaning if you overload this PSU it will blow.
Also very low end, lacking APFC.
Replace it.
