Will i have enought power to run a water cooling system?

Summer is just around the corner and my upstairs room is getting hotter 🙁 I dont want to reduce overclock and im thinking about upgrading to a water cooling system. My first option would be the hydro h80i gt but my system is already drawing alot of power. Is there any way i can check how much power headroom i have left?

The Corsair Hydro H80i GT's power consumption is only around 10 Watts (i.e. includes pump and fans).
