Will I have to dismount my H60?

Hello techfans,
I have a question that has been confusing me alot. I will be transferring my components from the Corsair 200r to the NZXT H440. My question is, will I have to dismount the CPU cooler (h60) from the CPU chipset to move the motherboard into the H440?

Yes, it's always good not to put stress on MoBo's chipset area, and the cooler being locked over it, I'd be safe by removing it before I shift.
