It would be close, but with it at stock Cpu speeds you should be ok. I'd like to see at least a 650w in there though. Build looks ok, I'd swap a few things out but it would cost ya about 20 more. This is what I would go with myself.

Different Ram just because I like g.skill personally. Better quality Psu, and this is one thing I'd really suggest doing. Different version of the same video card because it's cheaper and there really isn't any reason to not get the cheapest version that has a good cooling solution. Better cooler for the Cpu too.
