Will I loose my data by changing the Motherboard?

So, I just bought a new CPU and Motherboard because my current is...obsolete and doesn't completly suit my needs. Problem is, I am going to be installing it soon but I am scared that I might loose all my data inside my HDD, I heard that with a new Motherboard, there's a chance that my copy of Windows 10 will not work anymore, alongside ALL my data. Is there a way to make my HDD and Mobo..."works"?

My Specs (Current):
A6-5400k (CPU)
MSI A55-E33 (Mobo)
XFX R9-270 Core edition (GPU)
2x4GB HyperX Blu 1600Mhz
WD 1TB 7200RPM (HDD)
Antec 620W (PSU)
Antec Sonata II (Case)

New Hardware:
ASRock Z97 Anniversary edition (Mobo)
Intel i3-4170

Thank you.

You have to reactivate windows 10, I think a simple phone call should be enough.

But I'd advise against installing a new motherboard and cpu and not clean installing windows, even though it could be done.
Also, if you are scared of losing data you should back it up, which you need to do before formatting and reinstalling anyway.

Alright thanks, but what if I tell you...my current Windows 10 isnt even "activated"?

Well, not that I "cracked" my copy of the OS, but I actually never "activated" it in the parameters when I updated to Win10. I actually upgraded from a Window 8 trial version, wich was told that it was legal since Window 10 was said, a free update.

Other than that, my apologies for disrepecting one of the rule.
