will i need warter cooling

my build is in the link below and im wondering if I will need water cooling (i have included it in the build) and if I don't need it what heat sink should I get. Also, any suggestions for my build would be greatly appreciated.

No you never "need" liquid cooling. Its only necessary for extreme overclocks. Get the hyper evo 212. Best air cooler for buck.

some comparisons have shown liquid cooling only keeps a CPU on average 1° cooler under load so you never really "need" liquid cooling only real benefit to liquid cooling a system is that there will be less strain on the motherboard and it takes up less room on the motherboard so everything is easily accessible with out having a bulky air cooler in the way but me personally don't think they are worth it cause of how much more a decent one cost versus the price of a good Air cooler plus with water cooling there is the chance (though very slim) of it leaking and ruining your components
