Ok my pc specs are:
cpu - FX6300 overclocked to 4.5 ghz
gpu - R9 270x 2gb Vram
ram - 16 gb ddr3 1866 MHz
mb - MSI 970 gaming mb
PSU - raidmax 730w psu

High/Ultra. ARMA really stresses the CPU so you might have to put the settings to high to avoid stutters.
