Will i run into a cpu bottleneck

So I believe I decided on what gpu I should get , replacing my Intel G3258 Integrated Graphics and i decided to get a Radeon R9 380, now... I dont know if i will run into a cpu bottleneck when i have this gpu, The cpu is overclocked to 4.0 ghz

Yes but not major. That CPU is a bit slow for the 380, but it won't cause major issues except maybe in a game thats physics heavy.
