[SOLVED] Will i run into any issues running a Freesync monitor with my nvidia gpu??

So I am planning on saving up for an Alienware AW2518HF 24 inch 240hz monitor, and I have an Nvidia card, but the only website in my country who has the g-sync version available, are selling it for 150 dollars more than the freesync version, which is ideal for AMD cards, and paying that much just to get an optimized version for my GPU is not an option, so, will i run into any bottleneck or any issues using the freesync version on my Nvidia GPU? Any help is much appreciated. I'll leave specs down below. Thanks in advance.

Nvidia have ventured into Freesync land via Displayport if you didn't know. It'll work.
