Question Will I run into any problems overclocking my cpu?

My current cpu is running at 3.60GHz and like the title says I'm not sure if I will run into any problems.

You could probably do around 4.5GHz all-core, but your cooler is rather mediocre for overclocking an i7.

The K suffix processors are designed to be overclocked.
Just how far is determined by your luck in getting a good chip and your cpu cooling capability.

Do it gradually, stress test.
Keep your vcore under 1.4v
Keep your stress test temperature under 85c.
