Will i3 4150 support 1066mhz of RAM?

I'm planning on buying an Intel i3 4150. I have 1066mhz 8GB(4x2) RAM installed in my current system. I want to to know, whether this RAM will work with i3 4150 or will I have to buy a new 1333mhz or 1600mhz RAM?

That RAM will work just fine with the new processor. You won't get the full performance of having DDR3-1600, but it will still work. That's the beauty of modern RAM

First of all, thank you for replying so quickly. I'm having some doubts as the product specifications on Intel ark for i3 4150 says that it supports DDR3 1333/1600mhz RAM. I'm not insulting you, but are you a 100% sure?

yes he is absolutely right - intel specs will always mention optimal(s)

The ARK only mentions those 2 speeds because it'd be a bit cumbersome to list DDR3-800/1066/1333/1600 everywhere, so they shorten it to save some bytes and screen real estate. But yes, I am 1001% sure that you'll be able to use your old RAM in your new system.
