and if yes than which processor should i use?my budget for the processor is 250 dollars. idk if this helps but i wanna play games like bf3 and batman arkham city resolution 1920.1080
I5 2500k + GTX 680 will pretty much max out most games at 1920x1080. I have a similar set up - but weaker GPU (7950) but I can max out all my games (Crysis, SC2, D3).
You shouldn't even have to OC that CPU at all, it's quite fast by itself. However in the future you could bump up the CPU speed a few hundred Mhz.

i5-2500k is one of the best CPUs you can buy for gaming.
+1 to both Raidur and lakshitharxx
Since you are using the GTX 680 which is just started to close in on using PCI-E 3.0 I would change over to the Intel® Core™ i5-3570K which will allow you to run PCI-E 3.0 off of a Z77 board.

I just want to say this - the difference between PCIE 2 and 3 is very small for this current generation of GPU's (the last time I saw a graph it was around less than 5%). Most likely we won't see the benefits of PCIE 3 until the next generation GPU's are out, unless your using something like a GTX 690 PCIE3 might be of benefit.
