Best is if do CF with R9 270X cheap and fast. Only negative thing is that it needs lot power. So it needs big PSU.

No sli has advantages for normal gaming. 760 sli outperforms a titan.
Its a great way to go and i have the same gpus/cpu as you and i can play games like gta 4 and watch dogs at 1440p ultra settings at 60 fps
