Hi!

Iam planning to upgrade my gpu from GTX 960 2GB to GTX 1070ti (maybe next gen gpu)
and Iam worried tha my cpu (i5-4460) will bottleneck it (Iam only going to be playing at 1080p 60fps)and if it will..what will be better cpu for it? Iam thinking about i5-4690.
thanks for any help.

PS: If there are any mistakes than Iam sorry eng is my 2nd language

At 1080p/60Hz, there's probably going to be some situations where the 4460 holds back a 1070TI some.
For that resolution though, a 1070TI is probably overkill in most situations. Something in a 6GB 1060 territory or maybe a 1070 would be more suited.
Of course, if you can find the TI for a good deal, then there's no harm.

An upgrade to an i7-4770/4790 (or K's) would be solid options. And upgrade 4460-4690 would be a waste of money.
