I have a fx 8320 and 1060 3gb Pc that I've had for a while now. I should be able to run CSGO and Valorant at 60 fps stable at lowest settings but the frames keep jumping up and down by a large margin ( from 120 to 40 then back up )
Could this be a wattage issue when it comes to the cpu and could increasing it in the bios fix the drops?
My PSU is an off brand 600w one with no 80+ .

Thanks in advance!

Solution
I would think the CPU was overheating. Can't see increasing the voltage helping at all.

Could be the cheap PSU with unstable voltage on its rails but that should shut the PC down.

Only "Wattage" problem could be because of motherboard and VRM not up to task.
