Will increasing process priority affect CPU temperatures?

My specs:

A-10 6800k 4.1ghz quad-core
8gb RAM
GTX 960

I've been running GTA V on mostly Very High/some High settings and it gets good framerates, but texture pop-in has been a bit a problem, especially when I'm driving fast. I've read that opening Task Manager and setting GTAV.exe's process priority to "High" helps this problem, but first I'd like to know if this will affect my CPU's temperature. My current temperatures are normal, but I've been somewhat of a paranoid when it comes to my CPU Temp, which is why I'm asking this.

Also, I'm not running anything else (except Steam) when I'm running GTA V, so don't worry about other programs being slowed down.
