[SOLVED] Will Installing a new CPU make me have to reinstall all my games and programs?

Solution
i7-3630QM is used in Laptops but not in desktop...
Because the i7-3630QM has pins onto bottom where it connects to the CPU socket (PGA, pin grid aray), on standard CPU its flat LGA(Land grid aray),(Unless you're amd).

Only mod that is currently working from laptop soldered CPU to Dekstop is currently 1150.

If you wind I7-3570 (Non K) for quite cheap I would go for it,
but what did make you go for an upgrade if i may ask?
No, just make sure that your motherboard does support your new CPU.
But i think you made an Error, i7 3500 does not exist?

can you list your PC specs?
CPU-
RAM-
GPU-
Motherboard-
PSU-

Or if you don't know download speccy, take screenshot, upload image (to image hosting site) and link it here.
ps. you may need to look your PSU make and model.

for now the CPU is I5 3330 GHZ 3.20 ghz 4 CPUS it wil change to a i7-3630QM

8 GB of RAM

64 BITS OPERATIONAL SYSTEM

GPU IS GEFORCE GTX 1050

Motherboard seems complex (i used command prompt to see) :
manufacturer: Gygabite technology co.ltd
Product: H61M-S1
Serial number: To be filled by O.E.M
Version: x.x

"serialnumber" in the command prompt was simply not recognized as a valid command, does it matter in this case?

is there a way to know the PSU without opening the pc? i found no label of it there.

Thanks again.
