Will installing programs on my ssd make the boot time slower?

My SSD is arriving tomorrow. I am going to install windows 10 on it. I want the fastest boot time. I am just wondering if installing more programs on the ssd will slow boot time?

Absolutely not.

And you DO want most or all of your application on the SSD.
Trying to have it be 'only the OS' is wasting half of the benefit of having the SSD.
