will integrated graphics card work in b250?

will integrated graphics card work in b250- DS3H. I am going to use intel 7100

I am not using another graphics card for a while

Of course the board's iGPU will work

What you should have asked is will it work for what you want to use it for (eg which games will it run etc).
Without you asking that, the way you've phrased your question is a bit pointless.
