I have connected a Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive already into my Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite V2 (rev. 1.0).

I need to buy a Intel® Wireless-AC 9560. According to the product page, does it use minipcie?
I cannot figure out whether I can connect it to my motherboard.

PCIE is almost always superior. They usually have an antenna(s) that can be positioned for best reception.

I have no idea, depends on what chipset it uses. Intel tends to be the best for wireless cards.

PCIE is almost always superior. They usually have an antenna(s) that can be positioned for best reception.

If the PCIe card has remote antennas like the Asus cards it would be the same or better. A PCIe card with antennas which are blocked by the PC case are not as good. USB adapters, that have two large antennas and include a base to allow you to optimally locate can be equal to PCIe. USB "nano" units are junk.

But that isn't a product. It is a chipset. Just remember that antennas are more important than chipset. Intel, Realtek, could be good or could be terrible. Not because of the chipset or driver, but because of the antenna.
